Peter Alduino

Dear Peter,

Now, fifteen months after you first met with all of us, you continue to inspire my colleagues and me. Keep doing what you do so well; it makes a great difference in the lives of many.

Eli Orlic, Vice-President of Development, Bowdoin College

Peter Alduino brings 25 years of experience and insight from his working, learning and teaching in the fields of leadership and management development to the content of his books The Citizen Leader and The Engaging Leader. The mission for this and all his work is to help those who are, or aspire to be, leaders to build strong bonds with the members of their organizations and communities so that together they can create great places to live, work and thrive.

Over these two decades, Peter has consulted, coached, taught graduate students and led leadership seminars in business, government, the military, academia and the not-for-profit world. His audiences have included men, women and young adults, with identities and titles ranging from corporate CEO to entrepreneur to local shop owner, from sales exec to sales associate, from scientist to service industry and social worker, educator to engineer, banker to beautician, construction worker to caregiver, admiral to ensign, lawyer to legislator, from Ph.D. to M.B.A. to middle school student, and many more.  The Citizen Leader and The Engaging Leader tutorials draw on the wealth and wisdom of their experience, exploration, example, struggle, success, breakdown, breakthrough and sheer determination.

Peter’s sense of mission is driven by his strong desire to help his clients enrich their own lives, while also accomplishing their worthy goals.

One of Peter’s particular gifts is his commitment to and his skill in combining the practical aspects of business and leadership with individual development for the leader and inspiration for the team.
